We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the program registration form, including: first and last name, email address and, optionally, contact number. Additionally, we may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and browsing behavior for analytical purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
Data will be used exclusively to: (i) manage your enrollment in the financial education program; (ii) send you informational materials, reminders and communications related to educational content; (iii) carry out aggregated statistical analysis aimed at improving the platform; and (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the express consent you provide when accepting this policy through the electronic form. Likewise, where applicable under Peruvian regulations, processing may be based on the fulfillment of a legal obligation or on the legitimate interest of the controller.
5. Retention period
Your personal data will be kept for a maximum of five (5) years from the last recorded interaction, unless Peruvian law requires a different period or you exercise your right of deletion.
6. Transfers
Destinope does not sell personal data. We may share information with technology providers for hosting, analytics and email delivery, all subject to confidentiality agreements and security measures equivalent to those applied internally. We do not perform international transfers without guarantees equivalent to those required by Peruvian regulations.
7. ARCO-POL rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation of processing, by written request to contacto@destinope.com, accompanied by a copy of your identification document.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including TLS encryption, role-based access controls and periodic audits — aimed at guaranteeing the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information.
9. Changes
Destinope reserves the right to update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational improvements. The current version will always be published on this site along with its update date.
