These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the destinope.com website and the associated educational services, offered by Destinope Servicios Educativos S.A.C., hereinafter "Destinope". Use of the site implies full acceptance of the terms described herein.
1. Purpose
Destinope offers content, digital tools and informative guidance related to financial education, savings management and patrimonial planning. The services are educational in nature and do not constitute personalized financial advice or recommendation of specific financial products.
2. Acceptance
By accessing the site, registering or using any of the available functionalities, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the platform.
3. User requirements
To register, the user must be at least eighteen (18) years old, have full legal capacity under the Peruvian Civil Code, and provide truthful, complete and updated information.
4. Educational nature
The content disseminated on Destinope is informative. Although it comes from specialists in public finance, it does not replace consultation with a financial advisor accredited by the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFPs (SBS) or by the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) when necessary.

6. User conduct

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site shall be submitted to the judges and courts of the judicial district of Lima, except for mandatory consumer protection rules provided by Indecopi.
